These sites are being operated by online scammers and offers mostly following to their victms users:-

Claims users to earn for viewing ads units and attracting referrals, but this is only a trick to get potential victms become members. When user registered and have reached 150$ payment these online scammers site asked him to have 40 referrals to withdraw that amount and give procedure to buy fake referrals through credit cards or else way when user do this site blocked victm's account and kickoff from the membership.
