Secondly go to Setting >>> Search Preference. Here you can see Custom Robot Header Tag under the Crawlers and Indexing option. Now click on the edit as seen in the snapshot below.
Thirdly click on the Yes radio Button
Fourthly Check up all the button as shown in the snapshot below and finally save changes.
